Tim is a partner in the corporate law practice and specialises in corporate law and M&A, with a particular emphasis on domestic and cross-border corporate and financial reorganisations, corporate governance and joint ventures.

Member of The Amsterdam Bar. Tim is also a member of the ABA (American Bar Association), the IBA (International Bar Association), the Dutch-German Chamber of Commerce (DNHK) and the Business Club Germany-the Netherlands (BCDN).
