Marco is a lawyer in the IP, Media, Tech & Data team of LCA Studio Legale and deals with intellectual property and new technology law in both judicial and extrajudicial settings. Marco assists numerous national and international clients in contractual and litigation matters in IP and civil law (in particular, in software contracts), as well as in compliance in consumer, TMT, data protection and digital services.

Marco started its collaboration with LCA in January, 2019.

Marco took part to the “Model United Nations 2016” with the delegation of the University of Pisa and the University of Siena, which was awarded an “Honorable Mention”. During his academic studies, Marco worked as a Student Tutor for the Department of Law at University of Pisa.
