Junior Associate

Florian Herkommer is a Junior Associate in the Corporate & Commercial team at Fichte & Co, based in Dubai. He supports the firm’s corporate practice with a focus on corporate and commercial advisory work, assisting clients on a broad range of transactional and regulatory matters. Florian has gained experience across international law firms and corporate environments in Germany and the UAE, including prior roles at leading firms such as Gleiss Lutz and CMS Hasche Sigle, as well as regional practice experience in Dubai.

In parallel with his legal practice, Florian is a Doctoral Candidate at the University of Osnabrück, where his research focuses on subcontractor clauses in the context of the German Supply Chain Due Diligence Act.

His academic background reflects a strong foundation in company law, capital markets law, and corporate governance, complemented by hands-on exposure to M&A, commercial contracts, and tax-related matters.

Florian completed his legal education in Germany with distinction, ranking in the top tier of his class, and has undertaken extensive professional training in corporate law, business fundamentals, and corporate taxation. His international academic and professional experience enables him to contribute effectively to cross-border transactions and complex corporate structures.
