Diversity
Legance considers environmental, social, and governance matters (ESG) an integral part of its strategy and mission. Through its activities, the Firm not only strives to generate economic value but also significant environmental and social benefits.
For this purpose, the Firm has implemented a Sustainability Policy, based on the principles outlined in the Code of Ethics, which sets out the ESG guiding principles and commitments that shape the Firm's activities and the conduct of all its professionals and employees.
In 2025, Legance released its first Sustainability Report 2024, a milestone that formally documents our structured commitment to ESG principles. The Report provides a transparent and verifiable account of our initiatives, underscoring our dedication to responsibility and continuous improvement.
Legance has always supported equal opportunities between men and women and does not allow any form of direct or indirect discrimination based on age, gender, sexuality, physical integrity, race, nationality, religious and political beliefs. Pursuant to this directive, Legance has drafted a Gender Equality Policy and in 2025 obtained Gender Equality certification based on the gender equality practice UNI PDR125:2022, as recognition of its commitment to promoting women’s empowerment and diversity & inclusion policies.
