Career

Laura Li Donni deals with public and private M&A transactions. She advises leading Italian and foreign companies on acquisition transactions, corporate restructurings, mergers, spin-offs, transfers of ongoing concerns and joint ventures. She also has extensive experience regarding the laws and regulations governing financial markets, and assists clients in dealing with general corporate and securities matters, private placement of shares and bonds and public tender offers, liaising with the relevant supervisory authorities. Laura has been actively involved in several of the most relevant transactions carried out in Italy in recent years. Her professional expertise also include in experience in negotiations of commercial contracts. In 2010, she completed a secondment period with a leading English Law Firm in Hong Kong, and she frequently assists major PRC companies investing in Italy.
