Career
Filippo Troisi has been involved in several important transactions on the Italian market, advising corporate entities and financial institutions, private equity funds and investment banks. Within the corporate finance department of the firm, he focuses on mergers, acquisitions (including public tender offers), divestitures, equity offerings and joint-venture transactions in all the most relevant sectors of the economy, such as banking, insurance, industrial, real estate and telecommunications.
Since 2010, when for the first time he was awarded as “Best Lawyer of the Year” by TopLegal, Filippo has been constantly defined as Best Italian lawyer, receiving several awards confirming such definition.
