Career

Piero Venturini’s practice focuses on mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures and general corporate law. He advises Italian and foreign corporations as well as private equity firms on transactions in a variety of industries. He has also advised banks in relation to the sale and purchase of bank branches and insurance companies in relation to the sale and purchase of insurance portfolios.

Piero Venturini was awarded with the 2013 Client Choice Award in the M&A category in Italy by International Law Office.
