Career

Federica Pomero focuses on corporate and commercial law, in particular, acquisitions and disposals, joint ventures, mergers, demergers and other extraordinary corporate transactions as well as the real estate sector. She has developed a broad experience in drafting and negotiating purchase agreements, shareholders’ agreements and, other commercial and company agreements. She regularly provides assistance to Italian and foreign clients, including large international groups, in relation to civil and corporate law issues, (inter alia the management of industrial and intellectual property). She is actively involved in major M&A transactions carried out in Italy in recent years with different kind of clients (public and private, domestic and foreign, industrial, financial, banking, insurance, etc.) and target, including regulated companies.
