Mathijs Peijnenburg joined Hoogenraad & Haak in 2018 and is a skilled and versatile IP litigator, with a strong focus on trademark and product design disputes. Legal 500 describes him as “extremely commercially-minded, enthusiastic and responsive”. Mathijs is consistently ranked as a Rising Star by IP STARS and has been nominated for Rising Star of the Year in the Netherlands. He is also recommended by WTR1000 for his work in intellectual property.

Mathijs contributes to the development of the field as a member of the editorial board of the BMM Bulletin, an intellectual property law journal for IP lawyers and trademark attorneys. He also teaches in the official Benelux vocational training for trademark and design attorneys.
