Gábor has been a key member of Jalsovszky for over thirteen years and currently serves as Deputy Head of the firm’s Mergers & Acquisitions practice. In addition to his extensive experience in transactional M&A and day-to-day corporate and commercial legal advisory, Gábor plays a pivotal role in the firm’s IP/IT practice.

Ágnes is one of the leading Corporate and Commercial lawyers and also a Partner of the firm.
She joined the firm in 2013. Earlier, she gained more than 13-year professional experience at Allen & Overy LLP in their Budapest and London offices.
Ágnes is a well-reputed attorney-at-law, who advises on commercial transactions and other commercial law issues, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions and joint ventures. She also has in-depth experience in employment law advisory work. She regularly advises venture capital funds in both their investments and exit from portfolio companies.
