Advising on tax matters is always an intellectual challenge. Especially when we also have to predict the future, taking a position now on an issue that the tax authorities will judge in 5 years’ time. Perhaps that is why we love this area so much. But we also love it because we have to constantly innovate in the face of dynamically changing tax rules.
