Andrea heads the Reg & Tech practice at PwC Legal & Tax Italy and brings over 25 years of experience in domestic and international legal advisory.

He is widely recognised for assisting leading corporate companies on all legal aspects of technology, TMT, and innovation, with particular expertise in Artificial Intelligence, e-Business, cloud computing, and complex IT and Telco outsourcing and development contracts.

Andrea has a strong track record assisting clients in the defence, aerospace, TMT, and financial services sectors, where technology plays a critical role and is highly regulated. He also leads PwC’s technology-driven legal managed services offering, providing clients with an optimal combination of advanced technology solutions and deep legal expertise.
