Filippo is a Partner of the Legal department of PwC Legal STA S.r.l. covering the ACE Area (Emilia Romagna, Marche and Umbria).

He is also the partner in charge of the Japan Business Network (JBN) activities in the Legal Department of PwC relating to the Italian territory.

Filippo is specialized in M&A and has more than 20 years of experience in advising Italian and foreign companies in both buy-side and sell-side transactions, overseeing all the aspects, from the preliminary and due diligence phases to the drafting and negotiation of the acquisition agreements, joint venture agreements, shareholders’ agreements and commercial agreements.

His expertise also covers real estate matters focusing on extraordinary transactions concerning the sale and purchase of companies, individual assets and real estate portfolios (including sale and leaseback transactions), joint ventures development transactions and in more general terms sector contracts.
