Camilla, who has 25+ years of experience provide counsel on a wide range of Corporate M&A matters, is a Director in the PwC Legal & Tax Italy Bologna office.

Of particular note, as you will see in the pages below, is her work advising domestic and multinational enterprises on domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, legal due diligence, international investments, as well as any corporate operation of extraordinary finance.

In particular Camilla has developed experience in assisting the clients throughout all the M&A phases including: the structuring of the transactions, the early negotiations, drafting of contractual documents, due diligence process and signing and closing activities.
