Alvise is  a Partner of PwC Legal & Tax Italy  and has 20+ years of experience - primarily in the M&A field.

Working primarily for international clients in the industrial sectors (steel, automotive, pharma, chemical, transport and logistics), Alvise has gained a significant experience in assisting (both buy side and sell side) multinational companies in complex M&A transactions, overseeing all phases and aspects of the transaction, from the due diligence activities to the preparation and negotiation of SpA, shareholders’ agreements, investments agreements, etc.  

Alvise is the Head of the Italian China Desk of the firm and also a member of the Board of Auditors of several Italian companies.
