Our firm is specialized in all aspects of corporate and commercial law, commercial litigation, real estate and intellectual property.  The specialization extends to all aspects of business as well as general immigration and legalisation work globally.

We are an experienced and independently minded firm offering prompt specialist legal advice.

We work hard to maintain and consolidate our relationship with all our existing clients and we are keen to also develop and foster opportunities with new clients, locally, nationally and more so internationally. Our strength is personal care and attention rather than just delegating along the chain.

We also have a highly experienced team working hard to deliver the very best legal services, whilst offering excellent value to our clients.

Our mission is to build long term partnerships with our clients and provide them with a tailor made service.

For our commercial clients we invest the necessary time to understand their business needs and concerns and help them to identify legal solutions that address these. We believe that by us gaining an insight into the client’s business we can help to identify potential problems and the steps to be taken to avoid them. In the unfortunate instance  where problems have arisen, we will help you to understand and manage them.

We listen to each client’s requirements and understand their business so that we form part of an integral part of the team that manages the business rather than just being an adjunct to it.

We have an excellent client following based purely on recommendation from existing clients and of which we are justly proud. Our client base spans a broad range of industries, countries and size of operation.

Clients choose to stay with us and recommend others to us, because we deliver a professional and dedicated service and our clients know that they can call on us 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year for support when they need it.
