Bankruptcies, Real Estate, Restructuring and Insolvency

Ulrich Koeze, partner and lawyer at BUREN, focuses primarily on real estate transactions, project development, and tenancy law. He advises both domestic and international real estate clients on a broad range of lease-related matters, real estate financing, the enforcement of security rights, and represents clients in real estate-related litigation.

His practice also encompasses insolvency law and corporate law. Ulrich advises on matters concerning insolvencies and pre-insolvency situations, director’s liability issues, and corporate restructurings. He is regularly appointed by the court as a bankruptcy trustee and is also actively involved in insolvency cases in which other BUREN trustees have been appointed.
