Senior Associate

Liisa-Maria Puur is a member of the Dispute Resolution & Risk Management team.

𝗪𝗵𝗶𝘁𝗲-𝗰𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗮𝗿 𝗰𝗿𝗶𝗺𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻. Together with other team members, she works on important cases related to preventing white-collar crime and helping the client deal with the aftermath of falling victim to white-collar crime.

𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘁 𝗶𝗻 𝗶𝗻𝘀𝗼𝗹𝘃𝗲𝗻𝗰𝘆 𝗹𝗮𝘄. She primarily protects the interests of creditors, but also advises bankruptcy trustees and debtors. In practice, she often advises clients on issues such as claim protection, revoking transactions, exclusion of assets from the bankruptcy estate, transfer of enterprise, and the liability of management board members. Liisa-Maria have represented clients in insolvency-related disputes with values reaching tens of millions of euros.

𝗦𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗸𝗻𝗼𝘄𝗹𝗲𝗱𝗴𝗲. In addition to being part of the Sorainen Student Academy project team, Liisa-Maria was a member of the board of ELSA Tallinn, the local group of the European Law Students’ Association and a member of the audit committee of ELSA Estonia. These days she aims to inspire high school students through lectures about various areas of law in collaboration with ELSA Estonia.
