Housing lawyers supported Peabody on its £8 billion Thamesmead Waterfront regeneration project, Vivid in relation to a number of first in sector loans under schemes backed by the National Wealth Fund’s social housing retrofit guarantee, and Magna Housing on a major £150 million refinancing deal.
Central and Local Government specialists advised the City of London on a landmark £437 million lease and works arrangement to transform the historic Smithfield Market buildings into the new home of the London Museum, and Cardiff Council on a major deal to build a new £300 million arena.
While market-leading health specialists worked on a wide range of deals including the corporate acquisition of the Artisan Care Group by Avery Healthcare, Ikshana Management Company’s first venture into the care home market acquiring two facilities in Romsey, and Envisage Dental UK’s acquisition of several dental practices across the country.
Bevan Brittan’s Responsible Business programme remains a core strategic priority, with its progress to date highlighted in the firm’s inaugural Responsible Business Report, published in autumn 2025. As part of its long-term sustainability commitments, the business has pledged to achieve Net Zero by 2040 and powers all of its offices using 100% renewable energy. It also donated £100,000, shared equally between its four deserving office charities, for the third year running as part of its commitment to the communities where it is based.
