Senior Associate

Luka Hribernik joined Jadek & Pensa's transaction unit in June 2023 . He previously worked in the Legal Department of the World Bank in Brussels, mainly in the areas of trusts, investment project finance and consultancy contracts. He also completed an internship at the European Commission and gained experience at a Slovenian law firm, where he worked mainly in the areas of civil, criminal, administrative and labour law. He primarily focuses on corporate law, banking and finance, and M&A. Luka obtained an LL.M. degree from the Utrecht University, where he specialized in European law.
