Hassan Radhi & Associates

About the Firm

Established in 1974 by Dr Hassan Ali Radhi, Hassan Radhi & Associates (HRA) is one of Bahrain's longest-established and leading full-service law firms. For more than five decades, the firm has advised local, regional and international clients on complex transactions, disputes, regulatory matters and strategic projects across the principal sectors of the Bahraini economy.

The firm began as Hassan Radhi Law Office – Attorneys and Legal Consultants, with Dr Hassan Ali Radhi practising as its sole advocate. During its early development, the practice entered into an eight-year association with the international law firm Coudert Brothers, operating as Coudert Brothers in Association with Hassan Radhi. This collaboration enhanced the firm's experience in international and multi-jurisdictional legal practice, particularly in commercial law, banking and insurance. Following the admission of additional partners, the firm adopted its present name, Hassan Radhi & Associates – Attorneys and Legal Consultants, in 1994.

Today, HRA is recognised for combining deep knowledge of Bahraini law with international standards, delivering practical and commercially focused legal advice to businesses, financial institutions, investors, government-related entities and private clients.
