Evi’s expertise lies in advising on the structuring, negotiation, documentation and implementation of complex, cross-border and local, corporate, capital markets, and finance transactions.

She has extensive experience in all types of corporate and group restructurings, share acquisitions and shareholders agreements, as well as capital raisings and securities transactions.

Evi has led numerous due diligence reviews and acted as the lead lawyer in a significant number of M&As, group restructurings and joint ventures, with a focus on the hospitality and retail sector.

Evi has been acknowledged as a Notable Practitioner by Chambers Global 2025 and by the IFLR 2025 Guide, as well as a Band 4 Lawyer by Chambers and Partners European and Global Guides. She is recognized as one of the Top 10 Best Women Leaders from Greece 2024 by Global Woman Leader Magazine.
