Niki focuses on corporate, commercial, and real estate law. Ηer practice focuses on drafting various transaction documents (e.g. sale – purchase and lease agreements) regarding real estate developments and construction projects. She is further involved in handling a wide range of business legal matters as well as corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, and restructurings.
