Marharyta’s area of expertise includes registration of trademarks under national and international procedures, conducting searches on the similarity and identity of TMs in different countries around the world, preparing responses to provisional refusals and appeals against final refusals to register TMs, preparing oppositions to TM registration, obtaining permits of inclusion the official name of the state ‘Ukraine’ in the trademark, transferring rights and granting licenses on the use of IP objects, registration of copyright in Ukraine and the USA, as well as entering the IP objects in the State Customs Register and preparing consultations.
