Dr. Kerstin Linder is a certified specialist lawyer for tax law working in the Berlin office of our firm. The focal points of her work comprise conceptual consulting in corporate law for business foundations and restructuring measures as well as the conceptualization of mutual testamentary dispositions, articles of association and prenuptial agreements.

Prior to moving to our firm, Dr. Linder spent several years as managing partner of a mid-sized law firm in Berlin focused on consultancy services bridging inheritance, corporate, foundation and tax law.
