Hammarskiöld has acted as Scania’s legal advisor in matters concerning Northvolt, providing comprehensive strategic and transactional advice throughout the process, safeguarding Scania’s interests on a broad range of complex legal issues spanning commercial contracts, financing arrangements, Chapter 11 proceedings, Northvolt’s subsequent bankruptcy, and the sale of Northvolt assets to Lyten.
