Amélie Gillet has been a Partner of the Firm since 2026. She mainly deals with acquisitions and joint-ventures as well as, more generally, with corporate and civil law matters. She provides assistance to companies and investment funds in numerous sectors, including food & beverage, luxury and tourism, both at an Italian and international level

Amélie joined the firm in 2014, after having worked at various international law firms in Italy. In 2009 she graduated from the Università “La Sapienza” di Roma in Rome and the Universitè Panthéon-Assas in Paris. She was admitted to the Milan Bar in 2013.
