Niccolò’s practice focuses on M&A, corporate law, capital markets and corporate and commercial litigation. He is very well experienced in issuers’ corporate governance matters, as well as in extraordinary transactions in various industrial sectors, such as oil&gas, energy transition, infrastructure and transports, banks and real estate. Niccolò is a Full Professor of Corporate Law at the University of the Studies of Milan, Law School and is widely published across corporate, commercial and insolvency laws.
