Silvia Palazzetti has been a Partner since 2022. She deals with corporate law in the private and public sector, with particular reference to domestic and international M&A, private equity and restructuring transactions by providing assistance in the definition of various types of commercial contracts and joint ventures.

She began collaborating with the founding partners of the Firm in 2000. She graduated from the Università degli Studi di Milano in 1999.
