She has over fifteen years of experience in the infrastructure and energy sectors, where she has assisted leading infrastructure funds and industrial companies on the major transactions in the sector.
In the field of private equity, she has handled complex M&A deals in the fintech, media, and technology sectors.
Livia has worked with two leading Italian law firms, after an international experience at a law firm in London. Livia is an independent director on the boards of Italian companies.
