Carlotta Corba Colombo is mainly in financial market and corporate law with a particular focus on regulatory, corporate governance, remuneration and market abuse profiles. Carlotta also works in the context of groups and extraordinary transactions, such as takeover and exchange offers, and is an expert in advising numerous companies listed on regulated markets and multilateral trading facilities. Carlotta joined the Firm in 2011 after graduating from the Università degli Studi di Milano. She was admitted to the Milan Bar in 2014. She became Junior Partner in 2023.
