Federica Munno joined the Firm in 2023 and deals with corporate law and M&A, with focus on public M&A transactions, regularly advising listed companies, PE funds and financial institutions on corporate extraordinary transactions as well as tender offers.
In addition, she has remarkable experience in structuring the governance of listed companies.
In recent years, she has gained significant experience in managing complex transactions in the infrastructure sector, assisting both companies and investment funds.
Federica also gained international experience at a leading London based firm and currently serves as officer at the Securities Law Committee of the International Bar Association.
