Rita Clemente joined the firm in September 2017.

She has gained significant experience in pre-litigation and litigation, including arbitration, in civil and commercial law, specializing in complex disputes in corporate, financial, and banking matters (in particular, M&A transactions, securitizations, challenges to corporate resolutions, shareholders’ agreements, liability of issuers and intermediaries, liability actions against corporate bodies and for management and coordination, banking, financial, and insurance contracts).

She also deals with issues of inheritance law and asset management, as well as issues that cut across the Firm’s other practices. She provides advice in civil and corporate matters, mainly to companies and collective investment undertakings.

She graduated with honors in March 2001 with a thesis in corporate law from the University of Bari and was admitted to the bar in October 2004. She is currently a member of the Milan Bar Association.
