Gatti Pavesi Bianchi Ludovici

Maximiliano Papini in mainly focused in extraordinary capital market transactions (regulated markets and multilateral trading facilities), with a particular focus on equity capital markets and financial market regulation. During his more than ten years of experience, he has assisted Italian and foreign clients, both industrial and financial, in transactions such as IPOs, tender offers, capital increases, contributions, mergers and demergers. He joined the Firm in 2007 after having graduated with honours from the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore di Milano. He was admitted to the Milan Bar in 2012.
