Helger is the founding partner of Vestius and specializes in mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, joint ventures and restructuring. Helger has a deep knowledge of transactions and the structuring and financing thereof. Helger acts on behalf of various clients including national and international private equity funds, large and midsize companies, informal investors and management. Helger has a strong focus on companies involved in IT, (new) media, renewable energy and business with a technical background.

Kiki Manse specialises in employment law, with a particular focus on international employment law. She advises and litigates on a wide range of employment law issues, including individual and collective dismissal law, employment conditions and reorganisations. In addition to her law studies, she also studied neuropsychology, which gives her insight into human behavior and decision-making within labor relations. Thanks to her broad expertise, she assists both national and international clients and is always looking for strategic and pragmatic solutions. She is an author at Jurisprudentie in Nederland (JIN) and a board member of the Association of Employment Lawyers Amsterdam (VAAA).

In the course of his career Jan has represented a great many managing directors, supervisory directors and shareholders of listed and unlisted companies. As an employers’ lawyer he has broad experience with the employment law aspect of reorganisations, mergers and acquisitions, as well as in the field of dismissal law. However, he also frequently represents individual employees. As a Registered Mediator he has a broad experience in facilitating the solution of all kinds of disputes in which professional organisations as well as individual managers and other employees are involved. In that capacity he has contributed over the years to the solution of a wide range of disputes involving the management of commercial and non-profit employers, (groups of) their employees and their works-councils. Jan is also a former Deputy Justice at the Court of Appeal of The Hague and a former member of the Disciplinary Board of the Bar of Amsterdam. He is a member of the Supervisory board of B.A.S.F. Netherlands B.V. and he regularly lectures and writes about developments in labour law.
