Senior Associate

Hrvoje Klišanić is a Senior Associate in the Zagreb office. He focuses on dispute resolution, commercial and company law, technology and infrastructure projects.

Hrvoje has particular expertise in dispute resolution and represents clients in commercial litigations with emphasis on agency and distribution agreements, administrative procedures and misdemeanour procedures.

He often participates in regularly works on M&A transactions and has contributed to various European projects as a national expert.

Hrvoje's experience includes assistance on competition, as well as banking and financing matters. With an interest in intellectual property law, he also assists clients with IP protection and enforcement strategies.
