Katarína Čechová is a founding partner of Čechová & Partners with more than 40 years of continuous legal practice. She focuses primarily on M&A transactions, distressed assets, corporate reorganizations and restructurings, corporate finance and project financing, as well as litigation and arbitration. Katarína is listed as a licensed restructuring and bankruptcy trustee by the Ministry of Justice of the Slovak Republic and the Regional Court in Bratislava, and she currently serves as a Member of the Board of the Slovak Bar Association.
Katarína has extensive experience advising and representing clients in a wide range of complex domestic and cross-border matters. Throughout her career, she has worked across diverse areas of Slovak commercial law, including dispute resolution, mergers and acquisitions, financial restructurings, project financing, reorganizations, and bankruptcy and restructuring proceedings.
