Mia leads the firm's Banking & Finance practice, and also advises clients on capital markets and in merger and acquisition (M&A) processes. She joined the firm in 2004 and has been a partner since 2012. She has extensive experience in assisting Slovenian and international lenders and borrowers, including banks and other financial institutions, corporations from a wide range of business sectors and institutional investors. Mia advises on secured and unsecured term loan facilities, cross-border and local syndications, acquisition financing, real estate financing, project financing, restructurings and other financial services, and also prepares netting opinions concerning financial instruments.
