Areas of practice
Corporate and commercial law: ŠELIH & PARTNERJI Law Firm focuses not only on providing traditional corporate legal services, but also on handling structured and cross-border legal issues. Mergers and acquisitions: The firm has extensive experience in national and cross-border M&A, including share and asset deals, mergers, demergers, takeovers, joint ventures and restructurings.
