Filip is a senior member of our Dispute Resolution Practice Group, and on a regular basis advises and represents foreign and domestic clients from a wide array of industry sectors before Serbian court authorities. Filip represents clients in civil and commercial litigation as well as in debt recovery and insolvency proceedings. Additionally, Filip specialises in commercial arbitration, representing clients under various arbitration rules. He is also admitted as a solicitor to practice before the senior courts of England and Wales.
