Mouaimis & Mouaimis Advocates was established in 1990 by Mr Panayotis Mouaimis, the founding partner – member of the firm.

Ever since, the firm has grown in size and it is now comprised of a team of qualified, able and reliable lawyers who are able to provide to the firm’s selected clientele a secured, reliable and confidential environment for the conduct of international business.

As from 1 January 2012 the firm operates as a lawyers’ limited liability company under the name “Mouaimis & Mouaimis LLC”.

The firm has a broadly based practice with a reputation for offering high quality international legal services and advice and corporate administration and management services in Cyprus.

Our firm has a reputation for offering high quality legal advice on commercial and corporate transactions, legal opinions in a wide range of corporate and commercial matters, drafting commercial and corporate agreements, offering advice on group reorganisations, setting up and administering Cyprus tax resident companies, partnerships and other entities, providing corporate administrative services and providing services in connection with the liquidation of Cyprus companies, including acting as liquidators.

Our firm has been extensively involved in a number of bond issue transactions acting as Cyprus counsel to the issuer and the joint lead managers and arrangers.

We have also acted as Cyprus counsel in a number of international, bilateral and syndicated finance, project finance, corporate reorganizations and other finance transactions, with clients including international banks and financial institutions and international groups of investors.

We also advise clients on corporate and commercial aspects of banking and finance transactions.
