Established in 1976, Harris Kyriakides is celebrating 50 years of continuous growth and excellence, having evolved into one of the largest and most respected law firms in Cyprus. Areas of practice

Banking and finance: Advising on the full spectrum of banking and finance matters, acting for international and local financial institutions, investment companies and security providers.

Insurance and personal injury: Representing major international and local insurers and reinsurers, as well as corporations in the insurance sector, with a focus on compliance, personal injury and professional negligence claims.

Family and estate: Advising on estate planning, pre-marital arrangements and matrimonial disputes, with notable experience in international child abduction cases, as well as wills, probate and estate administration.

Commercial and employment: Advising international and local companies on commercial transactions, including joint ventures and franchising, and representing clients in employment and debt collection disputes, primarily acting for employers and creditors.

Real estate: Providing comprehensive advice across all real estate matters, from acquisitions and due diligence to large-scale development and infrastructure projects.

Administrative law: Acting for public authorities, companies and individuals in administrative law matters, including representation before the Administrative Court.

Competition and public procurement: Maintaining a leading practice in competition and procurement, including representation in landmark cases before the Cyprus Commission for the Protection of Competition and the Tender Review Authority.

Corporate (advisory): Advising on Cyprus company law and corporate transactions, with particular expertise in complex, multi-jurisdictional structures.

Corporate (litigation): Acting in high-value litigation and arbitration, often alongside international counsel, with expertise in injunctions, enforcement of foreign judgments and arbitral awards, and fraud-related disputes.

Regulatory: Advising on a wide range of regulatory matters, including data protection and investment services.

Intellectual property: Advising on the protection, development and enforcement of IP rights, with particular emphasis on international trade mark registration and enforcement.
