bpv Huegel, together with bpv Grigorescu Stefănică, Romania, advised the German Ziegler Group on the acquisition of HS Timber Productions Sebes SRL from HS Timber Group, Austria. HS Timber Productions Sebes SRL operates a sawmill and other industrial wood processing activities at the Sebes site with around 600 employees.

The deal concerns an office building of the Public Employment Service (Arbeitsmarktservice) Austria in Vienna's Donaustadt district with an area of over 3,700 square metres.

bpv Huegel supported the Dutch The Specialist Group International B.V., a leading personnel service provider specialized in highly qualified personnel, in the incorporation of STAR Stadlmann GmbH and the acquisition of the personnel leasing division of the Austrian Stadlmann Tec GmbH.

IMMOFINANZ AG acquires shares from its core shareholder CPI Property Group S.A. and thus obtains a majority stake in S IMMO AG.
