Vienna, 03 June 2025. bpv Huegel successfully advised RWA Raiffeisen Ware Austria Aktiengesellschaft (RWA) on the sale of its share in AUSTRIA JUICE GmbH to AGRANA Beteiligungs-Aktiengesellschaft.

RWA eGen completes the purchase of shares in RWA AG from BayWa AG. The acquisition financing was structured and provided by Raiffeisen Bank International AG.

EAVISTA is acquiring 75.1% of the shares in card complete Service Bank AG from UniCredit Bank Austria and Raiffeisen Bank International.

In October this year, the Shareholders’ Meeting of S IMMO AG resolved upon the squeeze-out of minority shareholders in exchange for cash compensation in accordance with the Austrian Squeeze-out Act.

The Reverse Share Split at a ratio of 10:1 to reclassify the company's share capital was resolved at the Annual General Meeting on 14 June 2024.

The IMMOFINANZ Group acquired a further approx. 38% of S IMMO shares from CPI Property Group SA for a purchase price of around EUR 608.5 million.   Vienna, 3 October 2024. bpv Huegel advised IMMOFINANZ on the further increase of its shareholding in S IMMO AG.

The founders of Sensore Electronic GmbH, a manufacturer of zirconia oxygen sensors used in a wide range of critical applications, have sold all of their shares in the company to Process Sensing Technologies.

bpv Huegel, together with bpv Grigorescu Stefănică, Romania, advised the German Ziegler Group on the acquisition of HS Timber Productions Sebes SRL from HS Timber Group, Austria. HS Timber Productions Sebes SRL operates a sawmill and other industrial wood processing activities at the Sebes site with around 600 employees.

The deal concerns an office building of the Public Employment Service (Arbeitsmarktservice) Austria in Vienna's Donaustadt district with an area of over 3,700 square metres.

bpv Huegel supported the Dutch The Specialist Group International B.V., a leading personnel service provider specialized in highly qualified personnel, in the incorporation of STAR Stadlmann GmbH and the acquisition of the personnel leasing division of the Austrian Stadlmann Tec GmbH.

IMMOFINANZ AG acquires shares from its core shareholder CPI Property Group S.A. and thus obtains a majority stake in S IMMO AG.

bpv Huegel advised European Directories Group, a portfolio company of Triton Partners on the sale of dogado group to international private equity firm Cinven and leading global investor Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan Board.
