The founder of the office is Mirna Milanović – Lalić, who has over 15 years of international and local legal experience and together with Jasmina Suljović and Belma Dervišević she manages the operations of the practice.

All lawyers from the Law office are skilled and experienced to provide advice and representation tailored to the clients’ needs. With experience in corporate and commercial law, M&A, banking and finance, intellectual property law, projects and infrastructure, civil dispute resolution and other fields, lawyers deliver results across multiple industries.

Our knowledge of the pharmaceutical sectors is unique on the market as we have advised several multinational generics on all aspects on the pharmacy law for almost a decade.

We represent both manufacturers and distributors, in processes involving registration of both medicines and medical devices and working with the authorities. We know the regulations governing marketing and packaging, distribution, and wholesale as well as data privacy laws.
