Dirk de Graeff is a lawyer and senior associate in our Corporate M&A department. Dirk ‎advises Dutch and international private equity sponsors, founders, management teams and other corporate clients on domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, investments and joint ventures. He also advises clients on general contractual issues and corporate governance matters.

Dirk is recognized in the 2024 edition of the Legal 500 rankings as a key lawyer in the areas of “Private Equity” and “Commercial, Corporate & M&A”.

Prior to joining Stek in July 2022, Dirk worked at Stibbe for seven years. During his time with Stibbe, he attended the MBA Highlights Programma at INSEAD in 2021.
