Position

Maarten van der Graaf is a partner in our Corporate and Finance Groups. Maarten’s broad transactional practice encompasses corporate/M&A and finance transactions. He regularly works with international firms on cross-border transactions. Prior to co-founding Stek, Maarten was an attorney at NautaDutilh and at Cravath, Swaine & Moore in New York. Maarten also served as legal counsel in the Office of the General Counsel of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development in London. He is admitted to the Bar in the Netherlands in 1995 and admitted to the New York Bar in 1996. Maarten is a qualified legal mediator (IMI).
