  • Defending Samsung C&T in litigation initiated by Fusimar (one of its former subcontractors providing Samsung C&T with manpower) claiming compensation for an alleged poaching of Fusimar employees.
  • Represented STMicroelectronics SA MOROCCO in successfully defeating litigation brought by one of its former employees, a former occupational doctor in the Moroccan factory of STMicroelectronics who had filed a compensation claim for unfair dismissal.
  • Acted for Dell S.A.S. in labour litigation after 73 of its former employees objected to a transfer to NTT Data. All claims were dismissed after the Appeal Court rejected 32 claims and the Supreme Court rejected all claims of the remaining 41 employees.
