- Successfully represented the Carlyle Group in seeking to have its rights recognised in the bankruptcy proceedings of the Moroccan refinery “SAMIR” to obtain the payment of $404 million debts owed to the client.
- Won the case for Fiat Chrysler Automobiles Morocco in commercial arbitration proceedings opposite its former distributor, Stokvis Automotive S.A.
