Benan Arseven is a Founding Partner of Moroğlu Arseven. He advises major foreign, domestic, and multinational companies, as well as publicly traded and large privately held Turkish companies, on establishing and managing their operations in Türkiye. Acting as an external general counsel, he regularly supports in-house legal teams worldwide, building long-term client relationships with household-name companies. He provides holistic, business-oriented counsel that looks beyond strict legal rights and obligations, focusing instead on practical risk assessments, negotiation strategies, and creative resolution opportunities tailored to each client’s operational realities. He is contributing to the enhancement of corporate governance and legal compliance programs, ensuring the companies' full adherence to all applicable laws.

His practice covers corporate and commercial law, large scale and cross border mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, regulatory compliance, internal investigations, complex dispute resolution advisory and employment law. Benan’s ability to integrate his corporate expertise into disputes and his dispute resolution insights into transactions allows him to deliver pragmatic, commercially driven advice. He also serves as an arbitrator in commercial disputes.

Benan provides comprehensive counselling to clients in manufacturing, energy, media and telecommunications, and technology, among other sectors. He regularly advises on distributorship, marketing and agency arrangements, corporate governance, expansion strategies, capital raising, and complex commercial and financial agreements. His long-term client relationships have enabled him to gain deep insight into industry-specific challenges and opportunities. He is also advises on ethics and compliance investigations at multinational corporations, particularly in the electronics and automotive industries.

He was elected to the Honorary Council of TÜSİAD (Turkish Industry and Business Association) and the Board of Auditors of AmCham Türkiye (American Chamber of Commerce).
