Nejla Aydın Özer advises domestic and international clients on all aspects of dispute resolution, including lawsuits, contracts, debt collection, and asset protection. She has extensive experience helping clients strategically manage high-value, multi-party, and complex liability disputes in Türkiye, offering comprehensive and integrated advice across a wide range of contentious matters.

She has represented clients at all levels of dispute resolution forums in Türkiye, including the Court of Cassation and the Council of State. Her practice includes contractual claims, consumer disputes, shareholder and partnership conflicts, debt collection and liquidations, malpractice allegations, and contentious aspects of joint ventures, construction, and real estate projects. Nejla also advises on inheritance disputes, including partition of inheritance agreements and testamentary dispositions.

Nejla coordinates large litigation portfolios for multinational clients and provides day-to-day advice on corporate and consumer law matters across diverse industries, including real estate, retail, leasing, insurance, construction, energy, technology, and telecommunications.

Nejla acts as a certified mediator since 2020, with particular focus on commercial, consumer, insurance, and construction law disputes.
