Seyfi Moroğlu is a Founding Partner of Moroğlu Arseven.

Seyfi Moroğlu’s experience and expertise covers corporate governance, corporate, financial and commercial transactions and disputes including those arising within shareholders context and in relation to directors and officers. He has been involved with clients and matters spanning a high number of sectors spanning from automotive, construction, manufacturing, life sciences, defense and investment banks and investment funds.

His experience in financial transactions, settlements and disputes include project finance transactions including infra- and suprastructure projects (motorways, residential, community and shopping centers, hospitals, marinas, vessels) including his contribution to development of a locally applicable legal basis for stock finance transactions.

He has also provided advice in the development phases of regulatory processes leading to creation of a number of new types of Turkish capital market board regulated investment institutions as well as on the steps taken to improve market efficiency of stock exchanges.

Having served in many exit, settlement and transformational processes of his corporate and shareholder clients, he is also engaged in the future-proof legal design of family constitutions including corporate and asset components.

His focus on strategic growth has enabled him to build bridges between his clients and other entities in the business community some resulting in realization of strategic joint ventures and long term business relations.

Between 2002 and 2009, he has served as lecturer at Yeditepe University and Koç University for commercial and corporate law, secured finance transactions and capital market law.

He is accredited as an arbitrator with İstanbul Arbitration Center and Arbitration Center of the İstanbul Chamber of Commerce. He is a founding board member of the Turkish chapter of the Entrepreneurs Organization.

A listener of jazz and fusion music, he plays the electric guitars, bass and keys, operates a home recording studio, has several musical productions.
